At ITSOFTI, installing Windows with a license starts at ₸15,000: that’s the START package, Windows 11 or 10 with a perpetual license and all drivers. PRO for ₸20,000 adds Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2024, and MAX for ₸28,000 also adds essential apps and a year of 360 Total Security Premium antivirus. The package price is all-inclusive: there’s no extra charge for the license. Remote Windows installation via AnyDesk costs ₸20,000.
Yes, you can pay in installments with Kaspi Red, and the price is the same as paying upfront. With Kaspi Red+, it’s 4 monthly payments of ₸3,750 for START, ₸5,000 for PRO or ₸7,000 for MAX. With regular Kaspi Red, you pay over 3 months.
Windows activation won’t expire, because we install an official Microsoft image and activate it with a digital key. This activation passes Microsoft’s check, and updates don’t affect it. It’s activators that usually stop working after six months. They bypass the check and have to be renewed. Under our 12-month warranty, if the activation is lost on the same device through no fault of your own, we’ll restore it free of charge.
In Windows 11, open Settings → System → Activation; in Windows 10, Settings → Update & Security → Activation. After our installation, it says “Windows is activated with a digital license.” On a home computer, “Windows is activated using your organization’s activation service” means an activator was used. For your own records, you also keep the digital key, the fiscal receipt and a screenshot of this screen.
Windows 11 is the better choice if your laptop or PC meets the system requirements (TPM 2.0 and a supported processor). Windows 10 support ended on October 14, 2025, and Extended Security Updates (ESU) for home computers run through October 12, 2027. We install Windows 10 on older devices and for programs that don’t work on Windows 11. Either way, the license is perpetual and you choose the version. We usually install the Pro edition, or Home if you prefer.
Windows installation takes no more than an hour, including drivers and apps, in any of the START, PRO and MAX packages. In Almaty, a technician arrives within an hour or at a time that suits you.
No, you won’t lose your files. Before reinstalling Windows, we check with you what to keep, such as documents, photos and desktop folders, and afterward we put them back where they were. Programs have to be reinstalled, so it’s best to go over your list of programs with us in advance too.
Yes, the store warranty stays valid, because installing Windows doesn’t involve opening the laptop or touching the hardware. New laptops are often sold without an operating system or with FreeDOS. We install Windows 11 or 10 with a license and the drivers for your model, so the laptop is ready to use right away.
Yes, in Almaty a technician comes to your home or office for orders of ₸15,000 or more, with no separate charge for the visit. Any Windows installation package qualifies. The technician arrives within an hour or at a time that suits you. Smaller orders are easier to handle remotely via AnyDesk, from ₸5,000, or at our workshop.

For accounting, we issue closing documents: a certificate of completion (AVR) and an invoice (SF). We price ongoing support by the number of workstations. We don’t service servers or corporate networks.
Yes, we install Windows remotely for ₸20,000, since it takes longer than an on-site visit. You’ll need a stable internet connection, a blank USB flash drive with at least 8 GB of space and a second working computer for a while (we use it to create the installation drive), and you should be at the device when the session starts. We connect via AnyDesk to a computer in any city in Kazakhstan, only with your permission. Remote help with software and settings starts at ₸5,000.
If the technician arrives but the job can’t go ahead, you pay ₸8,000 for the visit. The fee covers the technician’s time and travel and isn’t a penalty. This applies when the job is called off through no fault of ours, for example if there’s no charger, the power is out or your plans have changed. We tell you the amount before the visit, so it doesn’t come as a surprise.
Yes, we install Windows on MacBooks. On a MacBook with an Intel processor, Windows is installed as a separate system via Boot Camp; on MacBooks with Apple silicon (M1 or newer), Windows 11 runs inside macOS in Parallels Desktop, a Microsoft-authorized option. We’ll suggest a setup that fits your needs and help with macOS software. We don’t repair Apple hardware.
